All of us who are part of an upcoming May wedding at 620 Loft and Garden, part of Rockefeller Center, met to run through the wedding for Andy and Sarah. (We all adore them!) As you can see, this setting for the ceremony is breath-taking...and "so New York!" Yes, that's Saks Fifth Avenue and the roof of St. Patrick's.
Francesca Abbracciamento, the wedding planner and owner of Francesca Events, had us check all the cues and staging for the ceremony. Now I know the photographer, the sound guy, and the musician...and we will work together as a team on the wedding day. It will be flawless!
Ceremony Tip: Talk with your wedding officiant about how he or she works with your other vendors. Let your officiant know you want your vendors to collaborate and work together. Give your officiant contact information on your musicians and photographers so the officiant can share cues and information about your ceremony ahead of time.
